API documentationTalk to salesHow Foxtons brought licensing compliance into their CRM
“We’ve implemented over 40 tech integrations with our platform and I have to say that Kamma’s integration was the smoothest to execute. Not only are the APIs and the documentation really easy to work with, the Kamma tech team were on hand to support at every step.”
Live in 30 minutes
From signed contract to compliance data flowing into your CRM: three steps, total elapsed time around 30 minutes.
Connect your CRM
Seamless onboarding to the Kamma app within your connected CRM, either through the integration marketplace or a dedicated chrome extension.
Sync your portfolio
Kamma reads your property and tenancy fields from the CRM, cleans the addresses against UK postal data, and maps each property to the licensing schemes in force where it is. You see progress live. (~1,000 properties in about 15 minutes.)
Compliance appears beside the record
Kamma shows licensing status, risk alerts and licence-renewal dates alongside each property record, or inside the licensing interface itself on Reapit. Your team sees compliance in the system they already work in, without a second login.
How Kamma upgrades your CRM
Connecting your CRM does two things. Licensing status appears against the property you are working on, and your whole portfolio syncs into Kamma Suite, where the compliance position across every property is monitored, filtered and reported. What you see depends on your Suite tier.
Every property monitored, not just the one on screen
Your whole portfolio syncs into Kamma Suite and is checked against the schemes in force where each property sits.
A dashboard that says what to do next
Compliance status and the priority actions in one view, so the team works the properties that need them.
Schemes before they start
Kamma works out which properties will need a licence when a newly announced scheme begins, while applications are still calm.
Filters that match the job
By compliance status, licence type, expiry, local authority, branch, or the property manager responsible.
Licence conditions tracked as work
Fire safety works, inspections and the rest, logged and tracked, with a property flagged when something falls overdue.
An audit trail you can show a council
Every change to a property and its licensing information, with the timestamp and who made it.
Included with higher Kamma Suite tiers
CRM integration is a Kamma Suite capability, included from the mid tier upwards. The entry Self-serve tier runs Kamma as a standalone dashboard without CRM integration. See the pricing page for the current tiers and what each includes.
Integration questions, answered
How long does CRM integration take to set up?
Around 30 minutes from kick-off to live compliance data in your CRM. The longest step is portfolio sync, which depends on your property count. Most letting agencies are fully live within an hour.
Which CRMs does Kamma integrate with?
13 UK letting-agent CRMs: Reapit, Alto, MRI Software, Street.co.uk, iamproperty, Jupix, Apex27, Acquaint, Rex, MRI Radar, SME Professional, SleekTech and agentOS. Each has a dedicated integration and its own page explaining how that particular one connects. If you use something else, tell us which and we will talk you through the options.
Which direction does data flow?
For most CRMs, into Kamma: it reads the property and tenancy fields a licensing determination depends on, then shows the licensing position alongside the record without writing into it. Reapit is the exception. There Kamma provides the licensing interface itself and saves back into the fields Reapit supports, while Reapit stays the system of record.
What data does Kamma read from my CRM?
The address, the property type, the occupancy and household count, and the tenancy dates. The address determines the local authority and which schemes apply there; the type and occupancy determine whether the property falls inside one of them.
What about security?
Data is encrypted at rest and in transit, and a data processing agreement is available on every customer contract.
What if I use a CRM that isn't on your list?
Talk to us. Tell us which system you run and we will talk you through the options for getting your portfolio into Kamma.
Will my IT team need to be involved?
For most of the 13 listed CRMs, connecting Kamma means installing a browser connector, which Kamma's onboarding team walks your operations lead through. Some agencies prefer their IT team to approve the extension centrally.
What does CRM integration cost?
CRM connectivity is part of Kamma rather than a separately priced integration. What you pay depends on portfolio size and the tier you need. The pricing page carries the current tiers.
