No. Our applications service is a standalone service, so you don't need a Kamma Suite or Quick Check subscription. That said, many of our applications customers find Kamma Suite useful for keeping the rest of their portfolio compliant after a licence is in place.
The council fee is paid by Kamma on the landlord's behalf as part of the service. Council fees vary by council and licence type, and the exact amount will be confirmed before submission. It is collected as part of the application process.
