We recently sat down with Ellie Donaghy, Head of Lettings at Andrews Property Group, to hear what she had to say about her experience using Kamma:
Andrews, as with many other agencies, have traditionally had to manually check local authority websites for any licensing changes. With Kamma, they’ve been able to deliver substantial operational efficiencies.

Ellie talks about how they can see vast improvements in their licensing compliance and a great return of investment, as they now are able to get their licensing data in one place.

“Where I think it [Kamma} has benefited us the most is in our acquisitions, where we have acquired branches in new areas and the previous agents haven’t been as compliant as we’d like them to be. Kamma very quickly gives us a picture of where they are [with their compliance], and how we are going to get them to a level that we deem to be acceptable.”
