He managed the Climate Bonds Standard and Certification Scheme and worked with many green bond stakeholders including external reviewers, government agencies, potential issuers and development banks. Together, Matteo and Orla discuss how green bonds are qualified as green and how data is needed to better qualify assets as green and measure progress towards a carbon neutral future.
