To help us navigate this journey, we’re seeking a talented QA Lead, with at least 5 years of multi-discipline QA experience behind them, to join our engineering division and be the founding member of our new dedicated QA team. We’re searching for a highly intelligent and capable individual, who’s eager for real responsibility and autonomy. Flexibility and adaptability are essential, as we are a rapidly evolving young company with firm aspirations to launch a plethora of cutting-edge products into the market! Our perfect candidate is someone who enjoys collaborative problem solving, taking on challenges and finding creative solutions to those challenges.

The genesis of our platform is in applying phenomenal data and technological capabilities to connect legislation to real world effect in housing standards and climate impact. You will primarily work as part of our engineering division and report directly to our CTO. You will be the founding member of our QA team, working closely with our engineering and product teams, with your primary responsibility for ensuring everything we build … works. Your other key responsibility will be to set our QA strategy and over time, lead the creation of the QA team, defining roles, responsibilities and success metrics!
This role isn’t just a front-end QA role, our platform is large and complex and every aspect needs to be covered, from front-end portals and APIs, through back-end microservices, data and its relevant processing pipelines and individual component’s unit testing.
